Ellyn graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education’s Health Supportive (now “Plant-Based”) Culinary Arts program focused on a plant-based approach to nutrition and well-being. After cooking in Dan Kluger’s West Village Loring Place, Ignacio Mattos’s Michelin starred Estella, and Jean-George’s famed Mercer Kitchen, she pursued her dream of cooking for individuals, families and gatherings. Ellyn creates menus that are delicious, healthful, and personalized to suit dietary preferences and restrictions.
